Service providers and subprocessors

Current service chain
OpenAI: live AI speech, transcription, model responses, knowledge indexing and retrieval; also the Sites hosting and ChatGPT sign-in service. Recall.ai: meeting-bot connection and transport of meeting audio/transcription. Cloudflare: underlying Sites compute, database and object storage infrastructure. These roles describe the technical service chain; the contracting entities, onward processors and applicable processing terms must be checked against the operator’s actual provider accounts. Google provides user-authorised Calendar and Drive integrations and operates its own services under applicable terms.
Data locations and contracts
Recall is configured to use its Frankfurt API region. This does not establish UK-only or EU-only processing for the whole service. OpenAI and hosting processing may involve other locations. We do not claim that every provider contract, transfer mechanism or backup period has been independently audited. Request current available provider and transfer information from lever.daniel@gmail.com. New integrations will be added here before activation with customer data.
